Testing out of comp is out of the question, why test the athletes when theyre on vacation.

Well, i don't know if testing these athletes while they are in comp is plausible? PED test them while they are in practice?? i am sure the athletes or their organization itself would not allow this.

Yeah, why don't we officially olympic-style drug test all athletes in every sports competition.

Floyd is physically bigger in terms of heft, height, reach.. Pac didn't have to say it to know that. The fact that Pac can easily move down to 140 and possible 135, and Floyd's problem in making 144, proves that..

In terms of speed. Where in that statement that Pac said that Floyd was faster. All he is sayin that Floyd is fast, and thats it. There was no indication that Floyd is faster Pac based on that statement. Unless you have problems with your reading comprehension then I guess you can make a different conclusion.
