              ive only seen alvarez one time last night against j cotto but i get the feeling we have another khan on our hands and the next time he fights a big puncher at 147 or 154 i think he gets sparked out.

                Wouldn't happen. In order to be Gomez's opponent, you have to be a 35+ year old blown up, battleworn journeyman. Alvarez is the exact opposite.

                Alvarez should fight a decent journeyman like Jesse Feliciano. If he fought Chop Chop, he'd risk getting rocked again if Corley has anything left at this point.
