He recovered from TWO good shots and knew how to handle himself when he was hurt. He clinched, held, kept both hands up, and crowded Mosley. Those punches would have dropped and/or KO'd anybody else. That recovery even ****ed Mosley up mentally and physically for the remainder of the fight.

Most Welterweights would have been knocked down from those shots or at least seriously hurt.

Mayweather didn't get exposed at all.

to me it showed the floyd knows what to do when he gets hurt, he clinched & hold, plus IMHO he has world class recovery ala JMM ...

IMO If he hadn't grabbed Shane's arm he would have gone down. That is by far the biggest shot I've ever seen him caught with, and not only did he show that he has nop notch survival instincts but he also showed how great his will to win is. Props to him.

                Yea...

Floyd needed this.. He answered A LOT of questions and its best that this happened.. He fought adversity and DOMINATED.

Floyd is special.. Respect the man.

The first punch he landed was a beauty. That second shot I think was not a full impact and Floyd was trying to duck it. I think his legs were still a bit rubbery from that first punch.

I think the first punch was the one that really stunned him.

That second round shows you that Mayweather is on a different level than most fighters.

The thing that amazed me the most in the second round is that Mayweather never moved away from Mosley even though he was on shaky legs.

In that same round he finished the seemingly stronger fighter as he had Mosley backing up and was starting to land his own punches.

When someone covers their head you go for the body unless you can force your way through their guard ( In the situation he couldn't), this is elementary.
