You've called him a cheater before. For the sake of argument lets say he was on something. Could he have not gotten off it in time to make the fight and pass the tests the first time around? That is what makes the idea he was just sticking it to Floyd so plausible. You have tunnel vision though and don't want to see it any other way than your own.

Im saying as long as he isnt taking the tests something might very well not be on the up and up.
