pacquiao looked great beating the same type of oponents over and over, meanwhile ducking technical fighters. marquez beat him twice and thats the only world class boxer he fought. morales wasnt a world class technical fighter, he had lots of flaws and got taken to school by zahir raheem.

when pac moved to 135 there was lineal champ and ATG joel casamayor, 3 belt champ nate campbell and david "who?" diaz with a paper title. pac fought the straight forward brawler then got the hell up out of the division.

thats what hes done his whole career, thats why he wont fight floyd. he wants no part of a skilled boxer. now im not sayinghe would get taken to school if he fought one, i think so but i dont know. i mean he woudnt duck em for no reason, eighter way i cant rank him higher than that until he steps up. george foreman would look like the best ever if he fought 10 joe fraziers and retired, hearns would do the same with duran. but they didnt, pac does with his version of a tailor made oponent.
I'm sorry bro, i know you like to put floyd in front of pac in the atg but he need atleast anothe 2-3 elite opponents to catch up pac at the rankings. thank god you're not one of boxing historian.

Really? Beat him twice? That is not what I remember.

That line right there shows you have an agenda. And, you are an idiot.

And, for the record Pac has fought a more versatile fight and a more slick fighter that Floyd has ever fought.

      True Story.
      huh?

alot of ppl think marquez won both fights. they were very close fights, acting like manny had it in the bag is being and idiot. it couldve gon eighter way but i thought JMM pulled it out in both fights, first one by a point and second by 3 (i think).

and no, pac hasnt fought more versetaille competition than floyd.

Two things need to happen and he will be squarely even with Ali and Robinson in my mind, if not better than both.

          1. Beat Manny
          2. Beat Martinez/Williams for the middleweight championship

That would make him a 6-division champion with zero losses and wins over the #2 fighter in the world (Pacquiao), the #3 fighter in the world (Marquez, Mosley), the best middleweight in the sport (Williams/Martinez), the fastest fighter in the sport of the era (Judah), the most famous fighter in the sport and best 154lber at the time (Oscar), the best junior welterweight in the sport at the time (Hatton) a prime undefeated Corrales and two wins over Castillo, considered the top junior lightweight and lightweight.

There would be more than enough argument for being the very best fighter in the history of boxing
Very well spoken, and backed up with facts although some will say Judah being fastest is an opinion I would have to agree with you. At the time Judahs hand speed was ridiculous. People also will argue with you about who was the best 154lber in the world at the time, but I have to agree with you also. I don't think Floyd will ever or any other boxer either pass Ray Robinson as the best boxer of all time. Too many fights too many wins.

            lol

What about Pac's loss to over the hill Morales and his draw with Marquez. doesn't these fights take Pacquiao down in the atg rankings.

            wins + losses = resume

The ATG list is based primarily on resume though. This is why so many KO artist are on it Pep should be there too.

in your opinion, i beg to differ. it looks big in the all time rankings but truth is they are very close, i cant be mad at someone for putting pac ahead but to say floyd needs 2-3 big fights is just wrong.

floyd needed a great win on his resume, he got it last night. pac needs to stop cherrypicking fighters who fit his style, we are still waiting.

im not hating on pac, i like the guy. its arum who ****s up by protecting his investment rather than making the best fights, i think its amusing pac thinks he can be a in control of a country when hes not even in control of his own career. but im not mad at him, hes a fighter not a promoter and he does it very well, but i cant judge a fighter based on good intentions and what if's.

I don't... So what is your point? A lot of people think Castillo beat Floyd. But, what does that mean? **** right? Because, it was a close fight that could of gone either way. Pac deserve credit for that win just like how Floyd deserves credit for that Pac win.

Floyd never has fought anybody as slick as Sasakul, and Floyd has never fought anybody as versatile as Barrera in the first fight.

You want to hate fine, you don't know who these fighters are, you're noob, that is your opinion, we will agree to disagree but it seems like you just hating. So it is clear that you're so biased and closed minded that we would not have a good debate.

So lets just agree to disagree..

You have a good day sir.
