I hate these kinda lists. It's all a matter of opinion. Floyd is a hall of famer but not the best ever. Let's leave it at that.Comment

top 30 him and my boy pac are neck and neck with pac slightly edging him. Man if this fight doesn't happen it would be a travesty. I'd probably quit watching boxing if this fight doesn't get made.(J/K)
But it has to happen!!!

The save Chavez that was easily beaten by Whitaker, right, yea ok.I have.
And I think Chavez and Arguello would beat Floyd.
Keeping in mind that I did have Castillo winning the first fight by 2 rounds and although I had Maywaether winning the 2nd fight by 2 rounds, I consider Chavez to be 10 times the lightweight that Castillo was. Castillo was someone who moulded his way of fighting on JCC
Arguello is a very hard stylistic matchup for Floyd in the lower divisions. I think he wins by clear decision maybe ref stoppage. Arguello's was extremely well rounded technically combined with his length, stamina and power.Comment

You all are insane. He is arguably the very best fighter ever. He's had one close fight in his career and fought 11 rounds with an injured shoulder. He's in the gym 360 days a year honing his craft.
Two things need to happen and he will be squarely even with Ali and Robinson in my mind, if not better than both.
1. Beat Manny
2. Beat Martinez/Williams for the middleweight championship
That would make him a 6-division champion with zero losses and wins over the #2 fighter in the world (Pacquiao), the #3 fighter in the world (Marquez, Mosley), the best middleweight in the sport (Williams/Martinez), the fastest fighter in the sport of the era (Judah), the most famous fighter in the sport and best 154lber at the time (Oscar), the best junior welterweight in the sport at the time (Hatton) a prime undefeated Corrales and two wins over Castillo, considered the top junior lightweight and lightweight.
There would be more than enough argument for being the very best fighter in the history of boxingComment
