I wouldn't say he was boring this fight.

He showed quite a fair few things.

He showed heart, a chin and hunger.

He didn't run, but maybe could have gone for a KD.

It all added up to a convincing UD and DULL fight. People slate Wladimir Klitschko for being a dull fighter but how come Mayweather gets away with an even more boring style? .

Because Wlad is a half foot taller and outweighed Eddie Chambers by 35 lbs!

If you have an outrageous size advantage over a soft-fisted opponent and still go saftey first, you are a dull. Especially if your a Heavyweight.

boxing is the art of hitting and not getting hit, and mayweather put on an incredible display of this last night. If u disagree your not a boxing fan, simple.

Once you get to about 220 lbs the size of the fighter doesn't matter as much because you've reached an optimum level where the result is essentially the same. It's at the lower weights where it really counts because concussive blows, and telling body shots, are harder to deliver. That's the reality of why a great deal of these championship fights involving fighters around the ten stone mark go to cards. So your point is entirely 100% mute my friend. If you knew anything about the fight game you'd know that.

Mayweather didn't once open up on Mosely, didn't once come out of his shell. And my point is if Wladimir is a dull fighter, Mayweather is even more dull. Certainly no entertainer. And his chin is now suspect.

Do you have some research of this because I have to call bull ****. Weight begets power especially when you have the leverage of a Klitschko that comes with greater height. Not saying these guys aren't special athletes but I want to see some research on this because sounds like some theory someone just made up. Also if you watched Clottey v. Pac you would see someone not coming out of his shell...Floyd threw punches he was just too fast for mosley and thats saying something.

It's ****** to think Pacquiao would batter Mayweather based on him being the more exciting fighter.

Not what I would call a highly entertaining fight, but it wasn't boring. Besides, there's tons of give and take fighters out there for you to watch, so why not let one of them fight a bit differently? Some call him boring, but I find it hard to not admire his skills and reflexes.
