There will always be excuses. But my opinion is that Shane was fighting two persons in that ring las night Floyd and himself, and that was his downfall, he got to anxious and frustrated and got hit with great shots.

At the end of the second round you can see Floyd push down on his neck and Shane complaining about it after the bell. That was an excellent round for Mosley so it didn't make sense for him to complain about it unless Floyd actually hurt him doing that.

I don't think it's an excuse however. Mosley has no excuse, he wasn't fit enough, his endurance had gone, too old. A young Mosley would've finished him off.

Considering shane was live as hell in the winky fight and still couldn't do ****, TWICE, i'd say that was pretty bad.

Was also in his absolute prime too. It's definitely a bigger blow IMO.

It's always funny to me how all these guys claim to be so much stronger than Floyd....and then they complain about getting hurt inside.

i know from experience that the neck pull, is a genius move, it will take away your opponents coordination, and soften him up for a ko

andre dirrell does the right thing by just going down instead of trying to keep himself upright and getting his spine stretched

If Shane didn't clinch so damn much he wouldn't have made the final bell.

Dummy are you HIGH? THe 2nd fight most thought Shane arguably beat Winky it was an MD! A judge had the fight a draw. Are you ******ed?

Mayweather annihilated him 11 rounds to 1 for god's sake. If you don't know the diff between an MD and a 119-109 then you truly are ******ed.

It doesn't matter... mosley wasn't gonna win tonight by boxing or mauling... he needed to brawl w/ floyd.

This is true. Mayweather's strength is VERY underrated. Guys don't usually respect it, until AFTER the fight.
