I wouldn't underestimate mayweather he was able to put manfredy away in 1 while gatti lost to him on a cut. Man though Deigo rocked manfredy in their fight.

If Gatti had Mayweather's accuracy, he'd be koing guys like crazy. You see what Gatti can do with a well placed shot in fights like his one against Rodriguez. I think Gatti's biggest problem is his finishing ability. He goes way too out of control when he has a guy hurt, and starts flailing, and doesn't really land a good shot to finish him off. If he was a little more patient, he'd do much better.

On a side note, though, are you sure that's what he said, I mean in an interview he saying some stuff about how he has a better knockout ratio than Gatti.

In Gatti's wins, he has about a 77% KO rate, in all his fights he's exactly even with Floyd.

Ten Mayweather punches are more powerful than one Gatti punch for sure. Since we'll be seeing at least that sort of ratio, Mayweather will definitely look more powerful. Unless of course Gatti knocks him out with one of his punches...

Mayweather said on HBO Buzz that he hes bigger and the hits harder than Gatti?? Is he serious??? Hes has a real weak punch at Welterweight he hit a Corley a bunch of time cleanly and there wasnt any affect, he needed like 8 rounds to get rid of Bruselles and he poped him cleanly all night

PBF has had 33 fights winning 22 by KO 67%
gatti has had 45 fights winning 30 by Ko 67%
(but if you only use gatti's wins then he is at 77%)

Mayweather does not at all have the one punch knockout power of Gatti. However his punches are fast and accurate and therefore damaging, but not on the same level of Gatti's. I have never seen anybody knocked down by Mayweather except by massive accumulation of punches. Gatti on the other hand all throughout his career I have seen big one punch KO's.
