Tell that to Floyd when he came in 2 pounds over Marquez.

Watch how the media will try to downplay Floyd with Manny accepting the 14 days cutoff that had the fight canceled in the first place..

Elite sports programs need the latest testing because athletes world wide are constantly trying to get and edge on their competition by using the latest PED's in ways that will enhance their performance without getting caught.

Your argument that PED use on a Pac determined testing schedule (ignoring what experts in the field say is required) would actually hurt Pac is an argument that holds no merit..
Your smart answer doesn't even swept the smallest part of my question! Palin and simple, if Pac using PED during training and will not during fight night, does this will make Pac better in the ring or it would make him bad? To simplify to better suit your understanding, Pac, just in case he was using PED will make him dependent to this stuff in maintaining his best performance while on training, then suddenly without this stuff during fight night, will his body remains on his best performance or will not?

Cyclists have to put up with year-round RANDOM blood and urine testing.

Tennis players have to do the same.

Boxing is much more dangerous than either of those sports -- doesn't that mean that boxing should have at least as high a standard for PED testing as tennis and cycling?

            Floyd is right about this.

Why is this newsworthy? That is the exact same thing Pac said when the fight fell apart. Floyd didn't go for 24 days before. Why the hell would he go for it now, especially since Floyd is now in the driver's seat in terms of negotiations?

Mayweather weighed in at 146 against Mosley, one pound less than Cotto and the same as Clottey. This is Pac's way of saying that he can't beat Mayweather unless he is allowed to cheat.

You cant really implement something that not required by NSAC. You *****s forgot that Flyod is not above NSAC, he is just a boxer. Let NSAC do there job, Flyod and Pac just fight.
