So now he agrees to 14 days, the cutoff he wouldn't accept the during the first negotiations, and the cutoff date he killed the fight over?

Take the test with a 14 day cut off and make the fight happen Pacquio! If not you loose all credibility to being the p 4 p best fighter!! I doubt very much Floyd will agree to a cutoff at this point - and Manny's wish to make the test "not random".

PED's - For a PED to take full effect in a human body it must be used for at-least 2 months to notice/feel the effect. 24/14 day cut off is perfectly fine in this situation. I'd advice anyone that thinks I'm wrong to please prove me wrong. With the random blood testing during training and a 24 or a 14 day cut off period seems very reasonable. now lets not forget the fighters will be tested after the fight also. So Saying Pac is ducking may Is a useless argument.

Now I will place myself in Manny's shoes.

I worked hard for everything I have accomplished, now that I'm at my peak the former #1 P4P comes out of retirement and announces his comeback fight the same day I'm fighting Cotto, Now to Me It seems like Floyd Is being the numero uno hater out there. It seems He cannot believe what this little man has done and people where saying Floyd who? Now that we have an emerging superstar in Pac, It seemd Floyd Couldnt handle being pushed to the side, which is perfectly fine, he wants to regain his status. Manny now has to deal with steroid accusations which was flung out of the mayweather camp with not one bit of evidence.

If you where Manny ask yourself one question, will I allow this person whos team has been accusing me of taking PED and other verbal onslaughts to make a dime off me. ( well not a dime in literal sense rather a assload of money)

Also Ask yourself where were you lets say 2 years ago protesting for USADA testing. Also Understand that the USADA Is not federal meaning it is private, now Im no conspiracy theorist now, but Mayweather is a capitalist and will seek to make a buck off anything So the question Is Floyd Really Interested in cleaning up the sport or Is there some money floating around behind the sceens on this Issue because one could state Floyd never campaigned for this before.

Floyd has backed himself in a corner with this testing process, His team and Himself went out of control on the PED issue now if he allows Manny a cutoff date a fight can be made but some will question his dedication to "cleaning up the sport" If he sticks to his guns he will have to have all the fighters he then faces under go this type of testing.

The NSAC Isn't no Joke, people have been caught before what would make you think they will not catch another again? I Understand both sides of the fans, but I will just leave you with this, Don't let your heart think for you. Ask questions yourself, read on subjects not just repeat what someone Is saying.
