          I stated he was willing to do more stringent testing than required by the commission and you asked how. Apparently my point is you need a dictionary and you should look up the word stringent before replying again. Every time you try to argue all you do is show your own lack of understanding of the English language. Hes willing to do more testing than is required by the commission therefore he is willing to undergo more stringent testing.

            He's willing to do more...yeah and? His idea of "more" is knowing when he'll be "randomly" tested. I guess to you that's all good. I bet it is.
