I'm not jumping to accusations until I hear more about it. But Pacquiao's controversy with PEDs and a potential Mayweather fight could be the least of his worries. Everybody was ****ting on Valero for being a killer. But it wouldn't suprise me if Manny was some kind of rogue because of those assassins having a car in his family's name. Killing random political rivals and killing your wife are two different things, but Pacquiao shouldn't be immune to criticism for maybe potentially becoming someone similar to Marcos was in the PI or Alexis Arguello's rival Daniel Ortega in Nicaragua. This....even if Mayweather brought it out as a ploy if it really is or even if it aint, Pac should just take the damn test cuz its not like its something that will harm you, but its something to prove that your not cheating but a clean athlete. There are too many question marks with whats going on with pacquiao's refusal to take the drug test. Yes, some say that Mayweather use this to duck pacquiao, but it aint a ****** demand.

There's gotta be some reason that Pacquiao doesn't wanna take the test. Plain and simple. And you're right, he should move up and fight someone like Williams or Martinez because he's that good that we already know he can beat fighters who don't have big reach advantages over him.
