There's gotta be some reason that Pacquiao doesn't wanna take the test. Plain and simple. And you're right, he should move up and fight someone like Williams or Martinez because he's that good that we already know he can beat fighters who don't have big reach advantages over him.

I was favoring Floyd to win but not that fashion.. I don't expect KO from Floyd but at least a bloody fight dominance against Mosley! A fair win though.. In Mosley, he started strong yet his age prevails as rounds progressed! He needs to retire now. But in my mind, if what Mosley did to Floyd in 2nd round would happen for Pac to Floyd, I think Floyd is finished at 3rd or 4rth round at most! MOsley is slow, gun shy, tired easily and generally no movements.. and Pac is the abosolute opposite of Mosley except that both can take hard punches on their chin! If only the 2 could met I will be favoring Pac to win by 85% chance!

Mosely went through the rigorous USADA testing and didn't complain once. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't he tested like 8-10 times. Floyd offered Pac a modified USADA testing process that would have only tested both fighters 3 times.

Now Pac is saying that he'll accept the proposal with a 24 day cutoff. Come on, somebody please tell me that it was Bob Arum that said that and not Pac. If Pac actually said that then he really doesn't want to fight Floyd.

And with this clinic that Floyd put against Shane you know Floyd is going to show his ass now. ****, I won't be surprised if he said **** Pac, I wanna fight Paul Williams or Sergio Martinez.
