Pacquiao already agreed to random drug testing.

The only part he didn't agree to was blood withdrawal less than 24 days before the fight. All other methods of random drug testing are fine and random blood withdrawal is fine outside that window.

On top of random drug testing he also agreed to blood withdrawal immediately after the fight.

Pacquiao knows what he has to do to make the fight. Personally I don't see why something as reasonable as extra drug testing has become such a massive **** storm. I can understand Manny not liking the accusatory implications of the request, but what better way to dispell them and get one over on Mayweather than taking the tests and proving you're clean? He had his stipulation accepted plus got 50% of the purse when he probably wasn't really worth it; the hissy fit he's thrown over Mayweather's stipulation is completely unjustified.
