Final scores were 119-109 (twice) and 118-108, all for Mayweather, now 41-0 (25KO).

The first hint of drama came before the fight began, when Mayweather was deliberate in his ring walk, refusing to leave his dressing room until his theme music was properly in place.

It would be one of only two occasions on the night where things didn’t completely go his way.

A sign of things to come came midway through the first round, when Mosley touched his glove to the canvas after missing with a right hand and slipping off balance. It was the lone stand out moment in a relatively tame opening three minutes. [Click Here To Read More]
The kid earned respect tonight. He has some dog in him that I never knew he had. Mosley is what he is, looked great in two rounds and became the 38 year old that he is. But May proved he's great, he was stunned and hurt badly in that second round but the great ones always find a way, and he did that tonight, props to him.

No, what you did was take your fanboy mentality and make uneducated comments, thus making you a nut hugger. Ask any real boxing fan or expert if Pac is stronger than shane. They'll look at you like you're ******. Again, Pac is cool and all, but slow down he isn't unbeatable, as evidenced by his record.
i didnt say he was unbeatable, no one is unbeatable, if you continually fight the best you will lose becuae we are all human, if you do a calzaghe, you increas the chances of not losing. the reason i say pac is stronger, is because he is fighting now closer to his natural weight, in my eyes it makes sense and perfect logic, you saw cottos face after pac dealt with him, it was at least as bad if not worse than it looked after marg used casts on him, hatton? 2 rounds clean ko, mayweather timed hatton coming in and he wasnt out cold, oscar, well look at his face after pac dealt with him, at this weight from what i have seen pacs punches so more damage which leves me to belive he is stronger, everyone sed cotto would be much bigger and stronger they were wrong, in my opinion he is stronger, all this bull**** about real fan... how can you say someones not a real fan f they dont agree with you? you make yourself look ****** hyping up on net, im a boxer and ive been following boxing for years, your prob some lil nerd who ony gets kicks oyuta arguing on net cuz you still a ******, no wonder you always talkin bout mans nuts, my opinion is pac is the best at the moment, that can change at any time, no one is unbeatable, if you never lose a fight it can only bring your resume under the microscope to see why that is. now go bust ya nut over floyd and leave the intelligent convos to other people. ill say it again i think money is great, he had a great performance and hes one of my fav fighters, i just think pac will beat him, if that makes me a fanboy or a fake boxing fan... then bwoooy i dunno what to say

        • I dont't know what is going on but I can't create a new thread. I'm going out now so I'll catch up tomorrow, but I gotta say 6 things:

          1) Floyd beat that ass on an excellent Mosley
          2) FLoyd's mot impressive win since Corrales.
          3) Floyd is the man at WW officially.
          4) FLoyd totally shut him down and took his heart and Mosley WAS boxing very well until Floyd hit him with that combo in the 3rd.
          5) Floyd could have taken him out anything after the 8th, I was just praying it wasn't in the 10th cuz that's what BUrner predicted.
          6) I always said Floyd has a chin and was durable but he has major heart.

PS) Floyd's only fault- not enough killer instinct, stop carrying your opponent

OUCH, I'm gonna get much more wasted tonite.

Pac aint gonna gas, but I don't think Pac could take some of them shots Shane took...

Pac-Floyd would be better tho...cuz I think Floyd WILL have to KNOCK Pacquiao out or stop him...cuz Pac isn't gonna stop coming...
i agree that Pac isn't the devestating puncher that people claim he is. Power comparison. Pac couldn't hurt Clottey at all even though he landed some major shots and Cotto dropped Clottey with a jab(although he wasn't hurt)

No you're making excuses, I like some part of your posts but you sound a bit bitter, Mosley is 38 and Mayweather is 33 both of them are not in their youths anymore, If Mayweather didnt fight Mosley he would be hounded! Mosley got his wish lost so thats it, I felt the fight should have been stopped in the 9-10 round because i have never seen Mosley look like that before but then credit also have to go to the opponent who made Mosley look like that.

In boxing we the fans are too quick to take credit away from the people who get in the ring to entertain us, Lets just enjoy the fights and move on.

If shane just started trading like hes known for the ref may have stopped it or shanes corner or floyd would have been overwhelmed and got caught.

I didnt see shane throw left hooks to the body... to the head.. He utilized very little of his arsenal his head was somewhere else .

Not to discredit floyd at all .he fought his ass off.

                    • Although Floyd didn't get the KO tonight, I think this fight proves that his power is underrated.

He had Mosley hurt on several occasions.
