let's not forget SRR's amateur record either:

    Sugar Ray Robinson's Amateur career

He finished his amateur career with an 85–0 record with 69 knockouts—40 coming in the first round. He won the Golden Gloves featherweight championship in 1939, and the organization's lightweight championship.

Someone once said there was a comparison between Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson. Believe me, there's no comparison. Sugar Ray Robinson was the greatest.
      —Sugar Ray Leonard[52]

Without a doubt the greatest pound for pound fighter that ever lived.
      —Jake LaMotta[54]

The king, the master, my idol.

He didn't fight at the amateur level that Floyd fought at, and records in those days were not as accurate.

              Yes.

Whether you people like it or not. As far as his record numbers goes, he will have surpassed SRR. In this instance.

Just like the undefeated Super bowl Dolphins. If the Pats would have won that super bowl, they would have surpassed them. Same applies for Floyd's record.

Apparently no one has had a 41-0 start..... therefore Floyd surpasses him. In this respect, not overall achievements.

Yes if he fought three bums a month like him.
