The reason they proably dont want to mention him as a top 10 is cause if he becomes a mandatory challenger a network would lose money cause nobody wants to see him fight, so they rather leave him in the shadows till he dies or something

Or on Sturm's nuts. I thought Sturm won the fight, but only by two rounds. It was a pretty close fight.

by 2 roudns that would be 8-4 for sturm right. it was not a close fight sturm beat DLH plain and simple.

you know whats funny, DLH is praised and so highly regarded beacuse he is that damn good and he is a hall of famer but all of a sudden once he is mentioned in the sturm fight dlh is just another fighter, funny isnt it

I've seen it 3 times, and I had it 7-5 for Sturm, but answer me this....IF STURM IS SO GREAT THEN WHAT THE **** IS HE DOING LETTING FAT ASS FORMER LIGHTWEIGHT DLH KEEP THAT FIGHT CLOSE? He basically dug his own grave because he knew that a mega fight with Hopkins was in the making and he STILL did nothing about it. Maybe if he'd throw more than the 1-2 with an occasional left hook he would have showed that it was an easy fight...but for some reason he didn't.

You don't have an easy fight with someone and then lose a unanimous decision to them...imo he did just enough to put himself in a position to get robbed.

Learn to count, that'd be 7-5 for Sturm.

It WAS close, and Sturm should have won, but as Gringo has pointed out, he ****ed himself. When there's that much money involved in a guy's next fight, you have to really dominate the fight. Sturm did anything but dominate that fight.

It doesnt matter how close the fight with Dlh was or wasnt. Dlh was a blown up welterweight who looked like he ate to much krispy kreme. Taylor and Winky are 10x better at middleweight.
