Mayweather picked Chico and Castillo which were very hard fights. I agree that 140 wasn't great but he fought Baldomir, Judah and Hatton and pretty much at their best. He also fought a 168lb DLH who looked pretty decent.

If anyone is a cherry picker it's Pacquiao. I respect the guy but let's be reasonable. He lost to Morales when the guy was right at the end of his career, fought an absolute shell in the next two fights. Got a beating from Marquez twice. Fought Diaz (I mean Diaz... Floyd whopped Corrales and Castillo II at that weight)... then we have a NEAR DEATH De La Hoya who should have been at an all you can eat buffet... not in a boxing ring. Also, don't get me started on a past prime weight drained Cotto.

Since pac was already have this award, can floyd get the 2010 fighter of the decade award?

As one of a fan of floyd i want him to be remebered by having the decade's best fighter award, i don't want floyd to be remebered only as the boxer who on fights for money, ducker, a ****sexual fighter, a boring fighter and most of all a chicken.

The very fact that you call Mayweather these names, I don't see how you can call yourself a Mayweather fan.

Also, even guys like Corley and N'dou would be getting Pac fans wet if Pac beat them... However because Floyd beats them they get no mention. Also, all those great little fighters at 130 Floyd beat.

Still, I'm not totally defending him. There are some shocking absentees form his record: most notable Cotto (prime).

Manny did great this decade but let's be honest. He got the award because people hate Floyd. It's like people giving ***** the nobel peace prize because he wasn't Bush.

That's just because he's to good. Mayweather would probably have beaten both Marquez and past prime Morales.... Pacquiao deserved fighter of the decade though.

For the info i voted for yes, as long as floyd will continue fighting until 2019 he will be a deserving 2010 fighter of the decade.
