there was one cut, and it was above his left eye.

By the way both men were completely out of gas too, watch Lewis barely catch the edge of his stool in the 6th round, neither man was going 12 rounds and a remtach would have been absolutely enormous.

Listening to alot of people say that Lewis accomplished everyothing he needed to in the ring they didn't need to rematch is a bunch of complete bull****-if you didn't crave a rematch after that fight then you should quit watching the damn sport!

Now, did Lewis win of course he did but failing to recognize that Lennox Lewis retired with unfinished business is just being a moron. There should have been a remtach, in the horrible state the HW division is in now that fight would have been a true superfight and we were deprived of that.

Why was there no rematch, the fight was stopped on a cut, both men were hammering each other, going to war...VK was ahead on everyones scorecard...why the **** didn't we get to see it again? Who knows when the next time a real HW superfight will come around again it may be sometime...why was there no rematch?

LL was supposedly fighting better than at anytime in his career yet his swan song in the ring played out with him down on all three cards...again why was there no rematch?
there was no rematch because lewis doesnt want to risk another fight with VK. he was even offered $39.1 million to fight klitschko and he took the offer but only a few hours later, he changed his mind.

top 10 HWs dont dodge fighters like that.

I have a tough time disagreeing, the rematch was a no brainer! Too me I can't see how it can't hurt his legacy a little bit, he was supposed to be at the top of his game and he went out losing on all cards and barely able to make it to his stool.

this topic has been done to death, so here is my movie reviews of the last few movies i've seen:

high tension - pretty ******, but aren't most horror movies
sideways - good, funny film, one of the best of 2004
star wars III - better than the previous 2

here are 5 hottest chics currently being talked about in the media:
            5. natalie portman - currently in sta wars
            4. jessica biel - see jessica alba
            3. jessica alba - in a ton of new films and HOT
            2. katie holmes - dating tom crusie and is in batman
            1. eva longaoria - has the # tv show and was maxim's #1 babe

This topic has been talked about to death....you must be mistaking this fight for the Lewis vs. Zelko Mavravick fight, now that fight has been talked about right into the ground...but LL vs. VK-most people dont even know they ever even fought, right?

that is incorrect, there was the main cut above his eye, but there was also a cut on his cheek.

The cut was caused by a freak punch..Lewis was looking sluggish and slow during the fight. IMO he would of lost the fight...thats why Lewis retired..he knew he didnt have it anymore

So basically an out of shape, sluggish , "dont have it anymore" Lennox Lewis ripped open VK's eye and beat him till it was stopped? Shows a lot about the heavyweight champ.
