Lewis won the fight Vitali won the event end of story, Klitschko was ahead and deffinately had Lewis staggered a lot more then Lewis staggered him. It was not a thrilling win and everyone knows that its not a win that a fighter would really be happy about. Vitali won himself a ton of fans that night and Lewis was being booed at the end, Vitali came at Lewis right away and wanted a rematch, Lewis promised a rematch and was been offered 39 million dollars to fight but he turned it down. Lewis pussied out ( bring on Klitschko and his brother) and what does he do after that retires what a scared ass... Vitali turned out to be the reall winner at the end...

Vitali is a paper champion who beat a fighter not even ranked By the IBF and a virtual nobody before slaughterin' the other Klitschko (or "great white hype") for his belt and Vitali hasn't defended it against a real opponent either. The guy deserves what's coming to him, a visit to the hospital and memories of his past life as a duck.
shut the hell up, u can dream about it all u want but nothign is going to happen to Klitschko anytime time soon, he will dominant force for a long time...

EVERY heavyweight champion today is a paper champion (emphasis on john ruiz). at least vitali does what the other champions cant: win by knockout.

I can dream about you, if I can't hold you tonight, I can dream...oh **** I forgot I was on....

I agree with you Leo I think you bring up a point that everyone that follows the sport has been missing!

There is no doubt in my mind that VK will kick John Force's ass...I mean the guy rides around in a funny car all day long and is somehow supposed to beat a Ukranian giant in the ring...shut the hell up is exactly right.

Your the man Leo...do me a favor...nah never mind I can do it.

VK TKO 1 over Force (how you came up with this is flat out inspiring!)

I think Lewis would have lost in a rematch. He usually gets to bully smaller fighters around, but once he finally faced a true fighter at his size he was getting beat. VK took everything Lewis had, especially that nasty uppercut and shrugged it off. Just shows that he is underrated.

the fact that klitschko was ahead means nothing if his face was in that state, and i seem to have heard of a certain henry cooper knocking down ali only for the fight to be later stoped on cuts.

The thing that gets me about this situation is the fact that some people still don't regard this as a legitimite win for lewis, the fact that klistchko was winning the fight is clear, but i still think to this day that that decision was far, albeit disapointing because it stopped an exciting fight.
getting cut is a weakness just like all the other weakneses, like stamina problems, weak chin etc, and lewis exposed that in that fight, and who's to say he wouldn't have done the exact same thing again in a rematch?
Paul750, you are absolutly 100% spot on mate!...

                Karma for you...
