Its so funny because we have a Benavedez-Mike Dallas sparring session on the 1st page right now and then they get arguing about Pac sparring him but all of them are too lazy to even look. Here it is boys & girls. Pacquaio-Benavedez. **** looks like the new age Hearns-Leonard. Jose looks like a prodigy and Pac is just clowning like he does alot now but you see that he can turn it on at any time. Great sparring, e****ally good learning for the kid. Pac has to stop with that ear muffs **** though, lol

To the thread starter, thanks for the video, man
like I posted in another thread, it's just an honor to be in the ring with a legend. I got goosebumps just watchin' that. A 17 year old being in there with an ATG, man.
Anyway, just my 2 cents on the sparring session. Yeah, I mean, PAC was just toyin' with Jose, letting him hit 'em, even egging him on to do somethin'. It is what it is.
On the other Benavidez sparring videos he was usually the one dictating with his jab, however, in this vid, he seemed reluctant to let his jab go like he usually does, respectin' PAC's counter-punching. yeah, I was just talkin ****. I was actually about to pm you with it right before you posted. The title shouldve been just Pacquiao-Benavedez but its much too good for that. I had to add some drama to it, lol

That was actually kind of annoying to watch. Didnt really show us anything. Pac didnt try, and Benavdiez took it to him while he just sat on the ropes.Comment

WTF are you smokin'. What do you want a living legend to do, beat the **** out of a 17 year old, don't get me wrong, he ain't just any ole 17 year old, he's well ahead of schedule. I've seen some phenoms from my boxing and Muay Thai days, but Benavidez is the real deal.
Anyway, PAC ain't a punk, he treats his sparring sparring partners with respect, not like this guy...

I think the problem is his age. You spar with him because he's that good and you want to give the kid a chance but at the same time because of his age, you dont respect him. I dont think a guy like Pac can get in the ring and take it seriously because he's 17. On the ropes its like Pac didnt even want to hit him. If he sparred Floyd I bet Floyd would just be clowning the whole time also because he's a kid, even though he's good enough to be treated like a real vet.Comment
