Would Clottey be a good opponent? Or is he too much risk for Berto? Meaning is he high risk/low-reward? Or do you think if Berto beat Clottey he'd go up greatly in your books? I think if Berto beats Clottey, he should definitely be considered a threat at WW. Because right now the critics are a bit harsh on him.
Who should Berto fight next? I'm sure this is a repeat topic but who cares...

I want to see him fight Jan Zaveck, Berto without his speed isn't ****.
Since neither of them are very good I would rather one of them have half the belts when a real talent who has the potential to be elite takes it off one of them.Comment

Jan Zaveck would be fine. The fight itself would probably suck, but I love unification bouts. Plus, there isn't really anyone good for Berto to fight right now. He's going to have to wait for WW prospects for serious competition. I think fighters like Alvarez and Jones are going to surpass Berto though.Comment

Why would Clottey get a title shot after two straight losses? That makes zero sense. I must be missing something...he couldn't beat a wounded animal in Cotto who finished strong when hampered and he fought against Pac as if Pac was a Klitschko. If Clottey ever gets and HBO date again I'd be surprised. He doesn't deserve it.Comment
