Ali in his time was saying he was the greatest etc etc, and that was early in his career.. Floyd is entitled to his own opinion. Plus if he views himself as second or third best, that could undermine his confidence in the squared circle.

I might not agree that he is better than Ali or SRR but I don't fault him saying that either. He has the mentality of a true ATG champion. Nothing wrong with that. People don't need to get they panties in a bunch.

And he conducted himself well in this interview, despite any difference of opinion I may have had with his statements. He was calm, and focused.

which fighters were those? my point is that sometimes people make it seem like fighters that fought 15 rounds are better than the boxers of today because they fought 15 rounds but i don't believe that the boxers of today can't fight 15 rounds yea some may be exausted but so were the boxers that were fighting 15 rounds
