Being from Nova Scotia along with Kirk, I used to have high hopes for him. Then he made some cash, and discovered food.

IT WAS ALL DOWNHILL FROM THERE.

So Johnson must always has been **** since Lummox was so out of shape for that date?

And really did you guys expect him to get up and train hard for this guy?
Well, yeah, if he was serious about a comeback and his career at all he should never ever be above 235. Ever.

When you're fighting a guy that is 3-23 there's nothing serious about anything.

well, he was a good contender in those days and more talented than any contender today. he was pretty slick and had very good skills all round. he could box, punch, move, good defence. he was practically undefeated going into the lennox fight. his only loss was against ruiz who he was clearly beating before getting a bad dq decision. also had good wins over larry donald, maskaev, nicholson

Completely incorrect. He was down on all three scorecards and on his way to losing a decision. He wasn't winning that fight whatsoever.

judge: Patricia Morse Jarman 84-85 | judge: Jerry Roth 84-85 | judge: Dave Moretti 83-86 ~

Sounds like a good resumé. Strange that Lummox would take him so lightly.

It's because he wouldn't get in shape for any fights, Lewis knew.

he could at least try and send a message, especially after how much heat he caught before he retired
