I used to always pick Mayweather by decision based on his defense and counter punching ability but i see Williams being too big and outworking him through 12 rounds.

Mayweather's footwork would reduce Williams' output by 30-50 punches (if you assume he averages 100). Williams won't be landing much from that and would get landed on at a 40-70% clip. He could outwork Mayweather from sheer volume, which could be mistaken for effective aggression, but as far as clean punching, ring generalship, and defense Mayweather would have those by a huge margin.

Mayweather UD, never happen though.
