Well look at their PPV's and media resume before DLH and then look at their PPV's and media resume after DLH.

Anyone who says no is lying to themselves. Oscar giving Floyd and Manny a shot is ABSOLUTELY the reason they are now the top attractions in the sport.

I dont know about that fight was pretty damn big, I would say equally as big if not bigger because BOTH were prime and undefeated. That fight had people buzzing man. Only difference is that Back then they did not have as much promotion resources like today(internet, social media, etc.) There were less people with cable, and more black boxes.

I agree that DLH made them famous.

          Although...........
Mosley beat him twice but his career didn't really blow up.

                  Is Oscar RESPONSIBLE? NO

                  Is Oscar a contributor? DEFINITELY.

Oscar fought Shane, and Hopkins also. They - like Mayweather - are active African American boxers. Why aren't they superstars?

Is there anyone who watched Delahoya-mayweather and thought to themselves that Mayweather is a "can't miss action fighter"?

Oscar makes stars when he loses to them.
