imo froch is tailor made for calzaghe, he would find his southpaw stance too difficult and his low hands would mean that he was constantly eating punches. froch has a ridiculous tendency to wind up his power punches and throw them as single shots (especially the uppercut).

imo if the kess that fought calzaghe had fought froch he would have KO'd him.

faking injury and trying to get points deducted off the opponent gangster?

I remember when I was in high-school people would ask me why wasn't I a huge fan of Cheatkins. Well, for one he is boring and uses dirty tactics to win his fights. Cheatkins didn't even have to cheat against limited fighter Pavlik. He became BHOP again, only in certain fights BHOP didn't have to cheat to try and win. It was a sin not to be a fan of BHOP when you live as close to philly as I do.
Your an Italian, you witnessed your fellow Italian Calzaghe eat flush counter ringt after flush counter right.

must be why not a SINGLE ringside scorer had the fight for calzaghe, including the british scorers.

Calzaghe had the chance to fight Froch and Shut his mouth once and for all,
But he instead faught Peter " Lost to a Welterweight " Manfreeeeedo, and the "MIGHTY" Evans Ashira who needed 6 months to get up to the weight.

Do I have to pull up polls?

HBO scored it got Calzaghe,Setanta scored it for Calzaghe, BBC scored it for Calzaghe so I don't know what you're talking about. ESPN and some of Press row gave it to Hopkins but the majority gave it to Calzaghe.

LOL, Manfredo was a better fight for him that Froch at the time, what the hell was Froch doing in Spring 2007? (Let me boxrec it), he was the British Champion and fighting bums, that's right.

In 2005, when Calzaghe fought Ashira (a tune up), lets see what Froch was doing... Oh, wow.. He was the commonwealth champion and fighting bums.

Froch just got beaten by an inferior version of a guy Calzaghe thoroughly outboxed. No, I'm not a believer of the triangle theory, but Froch was clearly outboxed by a shot Jermain Taylor over 11 rounds as well. Joe works him, even the current 38 year old partying version.

And Froch was an unknown to anyone outside of England at the time Joe fought Manfredo, in an attempt to further expose himself to an American audience.

People should ask kessler to compare the two. I suppose he will say Froch hit harder. But i think i remember kessler acknowledging he thought he lost to JC.

What was compubox like for Calzaghe/Hopkins since it was the most god-awful fight I ever seen? Did compubox have BHOP clinching more then landing punches? I wouldn't be shocked!

Oh yeah, I'm re-watching that fight right now and neither boxer really landed very cleanly on the other. I saw no robbery, but it was one of the crappiest fights I ever seen. The best punch for BHOP was the knockdown he got in the first round, other then that he wasn't really impressive at all in the fight. Not that Calzaghe looked great, but who the **** looks good against Headbuttkins?
