Well yeah...if he can find an opponent that'll fight him for $1 million, sure he can make 15 million.Pac made over 22 Million against Cotto, over 15 million against Clottey.
He's making huge money with or without Mayweather. His next fight will probably be even more. If he can make 15 million against a guy like Clottey then any half-decent draw will net him more than 20M
People keep talking about the Marquez numbers but Pac is a much bigger draw today than he was back then.Comment

Good to read the bolded from you check hook, very respectable.Pac drew 700K with a nobody....his PPV numbers are just fine. Him and floyd could break 3 million, maybe 4 million. Pac and Floyd are by far the most entertaining on 24/7.......
in saying that......Pac and arum are delusional if they think they can demand 50% if this fight does > 2 million PPV buys.....even more delusional are Pac fans who think demanding greater than 50% with numbers like that behind you is a "duck"....plain ignorance of what purse split negotiations are based on.
IMO, what I see being a problem in future negotiations more than the split is:
1) Bob Arum
2) Bob Arum
3) Bob Arum
4) After it was confirmed that the fight negotiations had failed, didn't FMJ say that if they ever tryed to negotiate a future fight that he would no longer accept any cut off date - that he would require it be random all the way up to the final day of the fight?
I think #4 will still be the biggest sticky point when it comes to negotiations, and egos of course (from both camps). AND Bob Arum...Comment

Honestly...I really don't think Arum was responsible for the fight falling through earlier this year... Pac just didn't want the random tests or didn't want them 24 before the fight or watever. I don't think Arum convinced him to turn down the fight.Good to read the bolded from you check hook, very respectable.
