That's incorrect, if the orginal terms that they agreed to had OSDT in the terms, it's not Mayweather's fault they changed their minds. It really appears that they realized the money train(Pacquiao) would be derailed if he ever fought Mayweather or even Mosley, so they made up an excuse to get out of the fight. Here's a link of Roach talking about OSDT when the fight was originally proposed, and how they orginally agreed. Pac/Roach ducked Mayweather, and we will see who he fights next instead of Mayweather.
