That is exactly why this assumption doesn't take off from the ground because it is largely unfounded. That is a false surmation.
Cutoff dates are like catchweights, still within the parameters of "legality" and both agrees to it.
WHAT THE?????
There are no policies regarding drug testings and cut off dates and it is about time that there should be one. I agree wholeheartedly.
THERE SHOULD BE ONE POLICY TO MAKE SURE ALL FIGHTERS ARE CLEAN. RANDOM BLOOD AND URINE TESTING LEADING UP TO ONE DAY BEFORE THE FIGHT.
But until then we cannot go around accusing people according to one's demands either. Pacquiao's catchweight "demands" for example isn't mandatory, it is part of an agreement that BOTH sides can agree to.
Pacquiao's catchweight demands are to give him an advantage. If Pacquiao is clean, he would do the tests because he would have nothing to HIDE.
And so there has to be a middle ground to everything. But this shows the lack of authority and enforcement of the NSAC that they should foresee all issues regarding the sport of boxing in the state of Nevada.
NSAC is a joke. They let Shane Mosley get away with EPO in the past. They let Margarito get away with the Plaster of Paris. Who knows who else they let get away.Comment

That is your surmation, my friend. And if that happens (wrong usage of the word) then both sides lose.
Then both sides should shut up because they didn't step up to the plate. But it was the Mayweather's camp insinuating that Pacquiao is a drug user and so they better stop that too then.
The best way, I think...is for let them fight with no purse on the table at all. hahahha
But then again, May Sr. would harp that the "table" is rigged because it wasn't made in the USA but made in China. Go figure...hehehheeComment

See when you mix lies to someone who knows the facts you make yourself sound dumb. Again Shane didnt admit anything until he was caught red handed, Floyd wanted Pac to take a test well before he even thought he would fight Shane. Shane has nothing to do with this. This is about Pac not wanting to give a little bit of blood, just a teaspoon.Comment

Why do you keep bringing up Sr., he has nothing to do with this, this is sports in the year 2010, everyone should be submitting to random drug tests, especially in a sport of brutality.Comment
