And if we are to argue on that, it isn't based on speculation but from his own mouth.
Pacquiao's drugging is largely speculative fueled by jealousy. It is largely unfounded. Did Pacquiao demand an IRS and Accountant to verify Mayweather's income and all? NO.
That is personal.
Pacquiao AND Mayweather passed with flying colors acording to NSAC when it comes to coming in "clean" and there are no RED FLAGS up until the Mayweather camp harped about it due to their insecurities about Pacquiao as if anyone non-American cannot accomplish what Pacquiao have already done so.
Then Mayweather is bringing up the nationality card and drumming up his American support. This is laughable.
He is obviously insecure and jealous about Pacquiao's greatness and ascendancy towards being considered one of the best and while being named the FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.
But as a fan of his skills (notice I said skills), I would love for him to prove that against Pacquiao.
But again, both sides need to step up on the plate and at least Roach is saying something on what is "doable" and that is progress.

Fact is, it should be a small thing and standard for any athlete to have random testing, baseball finally got around to it, hopefully boxing will to. I find it more sad, but not exactly surprised, that a fan of a fighter would sit closed-eyed and overlook such a thing. I remember Marg's fans overlooking his cheating, so this is no surprise.
The timing is the issue here....why now? Sure you can argue he wants to clean up boxing, if that is so then why does he continue to bring down the sports' integrity by shunning the championships and de-value-ing it by saying that it is all about the money?
See the double standards?
If anything, he is ruining the sport of boxing into a mere betting sport and not the fight anymore....it is about the money. But even then, if it is about the money, then fight!
Pacquiao is getting his money too...so all I want is for both sides to come to the table and just shut up. I am in favor of a governing body just like NSAC (or NFL, MLB, NBA...etc) having the agency to govern all over the sport.
Mayweather and Pacquiao can do it...it's still not too late.
