Pacquiao is on something and you know it making statements like that. No fan of boxing should let Pacquiao get away with what he has.

And the fact that he's cheating (and he is, or he would prove otherwise) diminishes everything he's accomplished. He's nowhere near Mayweather's level in terms of accomplishment. Do it clean or it doesn't count.
