      Yup, I agree with this.

Most robberies, IMO, occur from judges giving rounds to guys coming forward and throwing more punches as opposed to clean punching.(Aside from hometown cooking of course)

No reason for him to worry about getting robbed if he's gonna get ouboxed for 12 rounds...let's face it, Shane needs a KO to win this fight and that by itself it's harder than winning a decision against Money. Real talk.

I would be shocked if Shane won a close decision.

i would hope they have some competent judges. sick of silly scorecards. im not to confident mosley will win, but il be rooting for him. if, and its a big if, he can land the same right hands on floyd that he did on margarito, then it will be intresting!

who are the judges for the fight? i know in the hatton fight all 3 judges were from .........nevada! thought that was a bit out of order at the time to be honest.

Effective aggression and clean punching are 2 different criteria for judging rounds. There is no specific percentage given to the judges to for each of those two criteria, which gives judges the lattitude to award more "points" fir lack of a better word to the criteria that they favor. As long as the aggression is effective, it cannot be considered a robbery.

I disagree with dazed as well. Homecookin and moneycookin are the two most likely reasons for an outright robbery. Those both favor Floyd in this fight.

getting robbed goes alot of different ways. I mean if you think he got robbed but half the people think Floyd won then he didnt really get robbed. If there is one where pretty much everyone thinks Shane won then it doesnt matter anyways because what the public thinks is reality, e****ally in a big mainstream fight. If Mosley gets robbed then everyone will still see it as he won and thats all that matters.

I personally think though that Floyd is more likely to get robbed than any guy in boxing because he is so disliked that people are always looking to give the round to the opponent. Even the people who like him are subconciously doing that at times because they are so not use to Floyd getting hit or being in a tough fight so if someone lands a few clean shots then it may look like Floyd is losing because youve never seen that happened to him before when its actually normal for other fighters

Don't know bout that. Ask Oscar De La Hoya about how things run in Vegas. Does anyone know if Floyd has paid off all his debts? Might play a factor into whether he gets the decision or not.
