Pacquiao is not ready to take his beating. If he and his team really felt like they could beat Mayweather then the test would have been taken and we'd have known the results by now.

Neither was the final proposal by Phony Boy, which was having a 14 day cutoff, PAC from the beginning always wanted a cutoff date and gave a reason why(as silly as it may have sounded to us, atleast he gave a reason) Phony Boy on the other hand never gave a f**kin' an explanation as to what is so magical about a 14 day cutoff.

Many from Phony Boy's fan club respond by saying that the 14 day cutoff was Phony Boy's last ditch effort to save the fight, well, if he really wanted to save the fight, and since he made a decision to give in to cutoff dates, then he should've just agreed to PAC's cutoff date.

I just don't understand it, having that 2 week window with the athlete knowing he will not be tested gives a would be cheater a window of opportunity. PED experts say that 2 weeks is still a good enough time for the PEDs to work and on the other hand, they also say that most PEDs leave the body in a matter of hours and a few in just a matter of 3-4 days.

Random is getting tested year-round like the Olympic athletes. In PAC and Phony Boy's case, the testing will only be done give or take 2 months out. The reason why USADA does year-round testing is because they know that athletes start their cycles during their off-season.

Why didn't Pacquiao agree to the USADA's original proposal?

USADA never made any proposal, they're just there to administer the tests.

PAC didn't agree to Phony Boy's initial proposal because of this past experience...

So you think Floyd came up with the amount of tests and the dates? How slow are you?

i didn't even have to listen to roger's no teeth having ass to already know that---that's why manny would rather take fighter of the decade, fight whoever bob chooses for him, and leave floyd and shane alone--he knows, the bus stops there----he would get dominated by floyd, that's for sure--and will if he steps up---and shane would hurt manny, especially the way manny fights---shane is too strong---floyd is too strong for manny also---and of course, too skilled, too good defensively, too polished, too toned, just too good for him----

No, but, I know he came up with a 14 day cutoff, unless he's lying about that also.

Like I said before, I honestly don't see the difference between a 14 day cutoff to a 24 day cutoff, knowing full well that both cutoff dates gives a would be cheater a chance to cheat.

PAC already said his piece from the very beginning, he feels getting blood drawn weakens him(yes, it sounds silly, but atleast he gave an explanation , going all the way back 5 f**kin' years ago) Phony Boy on the other hand to this date still has not given a single reason as to what's so great about the 14 day cutoff, hmm.

He did that because Manny wanted the tests to be announced.

                      So again, YOU'RE WRONG.
