      So again, YOU'RE WRONG.
No he didn't, he just wanted a cutoff date, now I could be wrong, but maybe he originally also wanted to know how many times will they come to draw blood, he was never asking for specific dates for when and where they can take the tests. Just as long as there was a cutoff date between 30-24 days out, anytime before the cutoff date was to remain random, except for urine testing which was gonna be random and going on the entire time till the day of the fight.

But that's the funny thing about it, when we first heard of PAC's proposal of wanting a cutoff date, the Phony Boy fan club laughed at it and said, then it defeats the purpose of it being random(I agree), well, lo and behold the King of Que*rs came up with his own cutoff date, lmao.

And for what ? Cutoff dates give a would be cheater an opportunity. So the whole OST would've been pointless as Richard Schaefer mentioned. In the end, Phony Boy never wanted it, hell from the beginning he never wanted it.

        You're wrong. Let it go.

The USADA determined when and how. Not Floyd.

WTF are you talkin' about ?

if it were up to USADA, #1 it would be year-round testing #2 there would be no cutoff dates(are ya listenin' Phony Boy) #3 They can take your blood as many times as they feel like it.

#1 Year-round testing is what USADA does

#2 Alot of Olympic athletes have complained in the past, that, they feel they've been singled out due to the fact that they feel they're getting their bloods drawn more times than the other athletes !

The USADA set up all protocol for the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

All of that **** you're writing doesn't change that.

No, what the fighters contractually agree on is what happens in the end !!

How can you say that USADA sets up the protocol, well, not entirely.

Are cutoff dates part of USADA's protocol ?

Had the random testing taken place, would it have been year round ?

Answer the questions, big boy, hehe ?

Dude, w/ or w/o OST's, to this day the subject of where the fight was gonna held at was never agreed on.

And, whether or not the proposal for cutoff date was included in the original draft doesn't matter, because both camps never saw eye to eye anyway.

Why should it be a compromise about drug testing? That statement in itself is what's wrong in the first place.
