Mayweather is by far the better technician of the 2. I do believe Floyd has more trouble with Southpaws than Orthodox fighters tho and Manny also happens to be fast, strong and have a tremendous workrate. If Floyd doesnt show up 100% and ready to let his hands go Manny can beat him.

Absolutely not. Floyd is the most Accurate fighter in BOXING HISTORY.
And most definitely in the last 30 years.
Pacquiao is not even top 5 in top category.

they're both counter punchers and thinkers in the ring so of course Martinez is naturally going to think Floyd is the more complete and better rounded fighter

It's interesting how most (not all) of the pro's side with the guy who most fits in with their personal boxing tutelage and ideals. Like, the more athletic, "thinking fighters" usually say Floyd's the best and applaud his craftsmanship, while the blood and guts macho guys admire Pac's ferocity. It's basically which you prefer; the finely tuned, inch-perfect technical mastery of Floyd or the unadulterated, hurricane-like ferociousness of Manny.

Well, until they fight each other and actually prove which is superior.

Mayweather is better defensively but thats about it.

Pacquiao is the overall more dynamic fighter in every regard.

If that fight happens though, Pac will be at a size disadvantage since he's not a real WW and Floyd could easily fight at 54'.

Like I said...I'll break down why I believe so. Am I right? maybe not but I have my reasons for saying this. I might say it's even after a discussion but as of right now..I still say pac is more accurate.
