Spinks is the greatest light heavyweight EVER no questions asked.

To say Spinks is a ***** at heart is quite insane, Spinks had no other fight options and was smart. He knew Tyson was the heavyweight division and Spinks never wanted to be in the shadows of another fighter in a division he was in. When Spinks lost to Tyson he knew he was at the end of his road and that was the passing of the torch.

Tyson in his prime is godlike and walked through credible opponents.

When you are the undisputed light heavyweight champion in possibly one of the richest times for that division and rise to the heavyweight division and defeat a prime Holmes.

In my mind that certainly says something and garners respect.

You have to admit though, its Tysons credit. Ruddock lost to Morrison becasue he never recovered from the beating Tyson laid on him. Spinks retired after the Tyson fight, becasue he didn't want to feel pain like that again. He said his heart was beating off key after that body shot Tyson laid on him.
