when ever papa Arum said otherwise.

Arum wanted Pac vs Cotto so it happened. Like I said Mosley was never a serious player for a Pac fight in Arums eyes.

Sure. But it was Pacquiao who turned to Arum during Cotto-Clottey and said, "Make this fight."

How is he dominating a weight class when he has only had two fights there? And one was at a catch weight. He needs to beat Mayweather, Mosley or both to prove that. And if you continue to fight in a division you belong there. How is that comparable to what Jones and Armstrong did? Using Jones as an example is just ridiculous. You do realize the heavyweight division is 25 pounds over the limit that Jones moved up from? And 25 pounds is the minimum. Most Heavyweights fight at 220 plus. No comparison.
145 is still WW, and he dominated two top 5 WW's in Cotto and Clottey. You say he needs to beat May and Mosley....naah he doesn't need to do anything.

I am sorry I have to disagree...

No matter what happens from here on out. And, no disrespect to Villa, Flash, Galaxy etc etc it can not even be argued anymore... Pac is the greatest Asian fighter of all time. It is not even debatable anymore.

He is in the top 3 greatest southpaw of all time

Only fighter in over 100 years of history to win a lineal Flyweight and Featherweight title...

only fighter with 4 and 4 - 7 and 7.(And, if it is not a big deal and it is so easy then somebody in the last 50 years would of done it by now) There is a reason why nobody in the last 50 years or so it has never been accomplished.

A lost takes nothing away, no matter what anybody says. You can't take **** away from the records books.

Hatton fight was pretty much set in stone after Manny destroyed Oscar, and during the summer, due to the threat of Cotto possible leaving, Arum pushed hard for a Pac/Cotto fight. Shane was never in the discussion and was only brought up by Roach (who's word meant little in regards to Arum's discisions).
He absolutely has his say and advice. When you can find where Pacquiao ever opposed anything Roach said or wanted to do, then you have a case. So far it seems like whatever Roach has wanted he's gotten. Whether he comes up with it on his own or it's Pacquaio's doing is another story. But Roach has his say. Believe that.

No one is fooled. Arum works for Pacquiao which is why Arum didn't say "no" to his daddy.
