I think the interview were done in tagalog, in his native language, then were translated right after to english. It is really unfair to judge manny's intellect just because he couldn't express what's inside his mind well when his forced to speak in english. I've worked with him before as a photographer and when you talk to him in tagalog in some serious matters such as poverty in his homeland, you will hear and feel what's in his mind and heart, you will see the true manny..

Don't you mean his native language is Bisaya? Then Tagalog, so English is really his third language.
I'm not so sure how reliable that source really is. It's weird how they didn't mention a single thing about his election.Comment

If anybody thinks those are actually Pacman's actual words they have got to be kidding themselves. We all know Pacquiao is not fluent enough to make these statements even if they are prepared. This is a continuation of his people making statements for him or loosely translating his own words with their own touch to it. Pacman doesn't talk trash: case in point after the negotiations failed you had Pacquiao making "statements" calling a "coward" and to face him in the ring etc but when interviewed in his own words its "well......uhhhh I don't think he wants to fight or a myriad of other lame excuses as to why the fight did not happen. All the masculine bravado in prior "Pacman quotes" are gone. The problem with the Pac-Mayweather negotiations and subsequent fallout is that in Manny's camp he has too many people speaking on his behalf making contradictory statements that just make him look bad in the end.
