        The most potential of any fighter in my generation and the most under achieving.

        Where does that leave him?

        He still managed to win titles in three divisions and beat a slew of good to great fighters. Was a master in the ring. And 2003 cemented him as a legend.

        HOFer. I'd like to say he's an ATG but the majority may not agree. But truly a special fighter when he wanted to be.
