My Family always had Boxing Parties and my mom Always went so as a child i went with her obviously.
There were soooo many but i Really remember Tyson/Mcneely LOL. I was 7/8 years old at the time and I just remember all the buzz of this fight and the promos that made Tyson look like a monster, I could not wait! I may have been the only person happy at the party for that fight because Tyson looked like everything those hype videos said he was and that was it. I was hooked.

Also at that same time while I was in Puerto Rico there was like this Bio-pic tv-movie of Tyson and I remember watching it in Spanish but what I remember the most was this scene where Tyson was becoming some HUGE celebrity and a chick smashed her boobs on Tyson's limo window.
So you can imagine as an 8 year old seeing that, all I could think was that Mike had to be the most AWESOME guy ever if random ladies were doing that haha.

    The good old days haha

My cousin took to me to the boxing gym he was training at when I was seven years old. Not long after, I watched a Tyson fight (forget which one it was) and I was hooked.

I can't really remember, my dad has a strong interest in boxing along with cricket and football so naturally it was on during my childhood.

me and my best friend put on the gloves in like 2nd grade. He knocked me cold for a second at the base of a palm tree in Coronado CA. But I got up real quick and was ready for more. We had many more battles after that but straight up that dude was better then me but I had my moments.

first experience was when I saw a tape of my dad fighting Julian Jackson for the WBC title..back in the 80s..
but the the impact came when I was 9 or 10 years old..my dad took me to a fight night charity event with him..I met RJJ/Foreman/SRL/Ronnie Shields/Frazier..all in one night..though I knew who they were..I wasnt a die hard fan..and I researched them via tapes my dad had..and then I became a huge RJJ fan in the 90s along with Pea.
That's awesome who is your dad?
