#2 Having that knowledge, if indeed one of 'em or hell, even if both of 'em were cheating in the past, do you not think, they would take action to stop doing what they were doing in the past, and keep clean ?

- unless of course, a fighter decides to take a risk and continue to cheat.

See, PAC might not be a highly educated guy, but he sees the big picture.

I'm sure PAC can't wait to get his hands on Phony Boy due to all this, however, and even if the fight ends up having Phony Boy's hands being raised. PAC knows he's still going home with a huge f**kin' payday with just a bruised ego.

But, this isn't just about winning or losing here, with PAC I think it's the principle of it all. This whole crap came about due to an accusation without a single ounce of proof !! Yes, both of 'em are taking the test, but, the whole reason behind this testing idea is because his rival is accusing him of cheating w/o any proof, therefore, why should he even bother to go through with the whole OST process to prove to someone who falsely accuses him in public.

For one, the only way a cheating athlete could get caught is if he continued to cheat disregarding the fact that tests will be administered at a certain point.

The fact that both parties would have had full knowledge when the tests will start and end, even if there were no cutoff dates !! It gives the cheater more than enough time to cleanse his system and collect that multi-mllion dollar paycheck !!

USADA might be the one doing the testing, but, it's not exactly how they usually test, the testing period is a small one. Not year-round, like they do with the Olympic athletes.
