Mikkell Kessler is DONE as a ELITE FIGHTER in Boxing

Its pretty much over. Even though he won, his stock visibly went down last night. He's been getting hurt & physically dominated every time he steps up to elite competition. I mean ffs, a slow ass carl froch was made to look like pernell whitaker last night. Did you see him bobbing & weaving & slip kessler's punches? Does not bode well for mikkell.

There's a reason why everytime he fights a elite fighter outside of denmark he loses.

He's not overtly physical, he's not offensively dynamic, his reflexes are average, & his power is above average. He is what he is. A very good fighter below Hall of Fame level.

Any elite fighter will beat him outside of denmark. Lucian Bute, Andre Ward, Andre Dirrel, Arthur Abraham, Carl Froch, hell i think Edison Miranda might beat him because of his power.

All that being said, i have lot of repsect for mikkell kessler for the simple fact that he just didnt stay in his home country & retire with a undefeated record but decided to test himself against the best the world has to offer unlike a sven ottke, henry maske, & a anthony mundine.

    btw,

i love danish pastry & danish women especially connie nielsen.

    Nothing pelsonal. Just hate.

    Two points:

1: (Fill in the blanks) Kessler beat Froch and he after that he is not an elite fighter. Dirrell lost to Froch and after that he is _________

2: (True or false). Kessler fought an elite fighter in Australia?

        1. Kessler did not beat froch. He was given a hometown gift decision. Kessler is 31 years old & he is on the way down. Not on the way up. Dirrell was robbed against Froch. He's 26 years old & clearly on the way up.

        2. False. Mundine was never elite. Kessler for a brief boxing second was.

i think the only fighter kessler could beat in the super six is allan green. even that's a dangerous proposition due to green's power & physicality.

I respectfully disagree, I still think he has a couple of years left and I don't think he has lost anything physically, he has never quite got his confidence back after the calzaghe loss but he is doing well enough

Kessler has no skills, great brawler but 0 skills and has 0 defense, like he didn't even knew what to do once Froch started swinging.

spanked a champion? How did he spank a champion? Did you see kessler's face?
How is a close fight where froch physically dominated him equates to spanking?

This is absurd, you could put Kessler , Froch or AA in with Pavlik and have great fights.
