I'll start, are you on crack? Styles make fights dude. Kessler wasn't even competitive vs Ward. The thing with Froch is, he's there to be hit! He could have lost his 0 vs Pascal, Taylor and most definitely Dirrell. He was lucky in two of those (the Pascal fight he really deserved to win) KOing Taylor when he was way behind and robbing Dirrell.

Kessler is a good fighter, and that's all it takes to beat Froch. Ward is an Olympic champion who has never in trouble vs Kessler.

Don't misunderstand me, Ward beat Kessler. It was in the US and he did what he needed to do; fdair play to Ward but if tonight's Kessler fought Ward on a no spoiling playing field he'd beat him handidly I believe.
      Agreed. aaaaaaaaa

Threads like this always appear after a big fight lol give it a few days and it will die down a bit. Most knowledgeable boxing fans know that Ward is all wrong for Kessler.

Froch isn't a southpaw, and he has a style that allowed Kessler to fight more comfortably. Andre Ward's style makes it uncomfortable for anybody.

Seriously, Kessler didn't have footwork vs Ward, watch it again guys. You'll notice kessler simply rocked his upper body looking for spots but not making them. Ok at a push you could argue I'm hyped for Kessler - and I am - after this fight but I still maintain a fairer playing field would result in a close match and I'd favour Kessler in that situation.

I just hope whatever version of Kessler shows up beats the hell out of Froch. I dont like or dislike Kessler, but I cannot stand Froch, and he is certainly no where close to being on Wards level. I still think Dirrell was doing some acting at the end of his fight with AA, but he was beating AA's ass up until that point, if Dirrell had fought Froch the same way he fought AA their never would have been a question, Dirrell would have taken Froch's belt. Froch's title reign will end in this tournament, whether it be tonight or not.

That is a very convincing argument.

don't want to sound like a hater, and I do admire Kessler's warrior mentality but Ward is just a class above him and he will school him again styles make fights.
