People who dont know how to do very simple things shouldnt even think about fighting. I think that if you dont know what your doing by instinct already then dont do it.

my little 3 year old nephew knows how to throw a punch bro.
when i beat him a little he will pretend that he quits and then clock me in the of my head. What im saying you got to know how to punch atleast,hell my girlfriend know how to throw a punch.
I was talking instict and natural reaction.
One time I did fight an amateur and he was very impressed, so impressed he would always ask me to join his gym.

Actually I remember when I first started boxing I didnt know ****, I didnt know the proper stance etc but now my technique is perfect my hand speed accuracy head movement footwork etc.

I always knew hhow to throw a punch though
