I don't know why people don't think Shane can adjust?He adjusted in both Hoya fights and in the Cotto fight as well.He is a elite fighter how do people feel he can't learn new things in boxing?Look at Hoya MAB B-hop and soon to be Cotto oh lets not forget Pacmonster who is still learning.This is going to be a good fight I don't Underestimate May I just don't understand why so many underestimate Shane.

Simple : outbox him. Shane has no jab, and he struggled with all the men who elected to box him.

Best examples : Cotto, DLH II, Forrest. He didn't adjust for **** in the fights against Cotto and DLH II. He just put the pressure, trying to get to his opponent, and he eventually did towards the end of both fights. This is no adjustment. When you box Shane, you confuse him.

Don't see it, nothing tangible in either's recent history to suggest it, the biggest obstacle to a SSM stoppage would be Floyd's D first mentality, even if SSM gets supremly out box for 8-9 rds he becomes even more dangerous at this point knowing nothing short of a KO will do. This would be Floyd's cue to get on his bike.

Floyd fights for money, without a UFC styled KO bonus, he'll take his "$60,000,000" with as little risk as possible, because thats good business.

His trash talk may back fire on him in this respect also, when fighters are getting blown out by say a Pac man, they and their corners can feel they're losing to a great and honourable champion: there's no shame in calling it a day here, but even a well conquered SSM would be determined to see out 12, as a matter pride. Would you let a man trash you, your family/ financial situation, your boxing resume and your NOSE before leaving everything in the ring?

If Mosley was able to make it a WAR, leaving Floyd no choice other than to bring it, it might happen, but SSM has longer odds on accomplshing that feat than Floyd does on getting a stoppage.
