floyd does not fight in combinatins anymore, it is a fact. and he doesnt have one punch knockout power.

floyd had clean and accurate pot shot punches on jmm and even tho knocked him down he never had him hurt or in trouble.

even tho shane is 38, the things you dont lose with age is a boxers punch or his chin. fast twitch mm fibers are what decline, but there are adjustments around that.

scar tissue? shane has never had a problem with scar tissue opening up.
how many fights has he been cut in to have scar tissue?

btw, gatti was past his prime and shot during the floyd fight, may he rip.
let alone gatti, god love him, wasnt near the level shane is even at this stage.
It is a bit of a contradiction, isn't ? It was no flash KD, Marquez was definitely hurt. A blown-up lightweight gets hit by the hardest punch of a WW, Mayweather, which is the left hook, what do you expect ? I agree Marquez was never hurt during the course of the fight besides when he was kd.

Floyd stopping the biggest, best, strong chinned fighter he has ever fought, when he didn't knock out the smallest fighter (2 weight classes south) he has fought?

I cant wait till next Saturday so all these BS post by these fools can stop.

May the best man win. I'm so anxious.

That's a long shot but who knows. Shane was never known for his defense, and when those bad habits kick in he does get a tad wreckless. Anything is possible.

he also understands now, how important gameplans and styles are.

i agree, like u and i both stated, floyd is overall the better boxer with superior skills, but floyd is also 33 and has been very inactive for the last what, 4 years? he will have some adjusting to do...
I don't know why people don't think Shane can adjust? He adjusted in both Hoya fights and in the Cotto fight as well.He is a elite fighter how do people feel he can't learn new things in boxing?Look at Hoya MAB B-hop and soon to be Cotto oh lets not forget Pacmonster who is still learning. This is going to be a good fight I don't Underestimate May I just don't understand why so many underestimate Shane.

Pacquiao stopped Oscar, Hatton and Cotto. And Diaz and Barrera and Morales.

Pacquiao did not stop Marquez... or even Larios

thats because shane always felt he could just take what people threw at him and walk through it...which was true except vernon...rip.

he will not have that attitude in this fight, he didnt against margacheato, he didnt against collazo, after feeling cottos power he adjusted and boxed in that fight as well.

shanes bad habits come from throwing bombs, i dont think he will do that,
i think he throws hard to the body, but tries to score up top.

the only round i see shane going all out in, no matter what the score, will be the 12th..

other than that we will see a disciplined mosley...

hey, we should all get together at a theater and watch this together....but no beers, because im sure some **** will go down... haha
