I think he is saying that there is nothing about Shame that cptures the imagination.

kids want to be heroes, firemen, villains, etc. But they don't want to be bland.

kids don't want to be actuaries.

Thats a ****** question. Go ask a ten year old who they would be like Mosley or Mayweather, Im pretty sure they would pick Mayweather. The way Mayweather acts looks cool to a child.
