Mayweather at his best, he's the consummate showman of the sport. For the life of me I don't understand why some "boxing fans" can't separate the showmanship from the boxer instead of taking everything he says so personally, as if they were going to face him in the ring instead of Mosely? The sport needs people like Mayweather, or maybe some would much rather that boxing slip even further in obscurity?

Anyway, if PAC would agree the test and found negative, does it cleared him from taking (if he is) roids on his previous fight? If it doesn't, then whatt is the point of the test then?
The point is so if they fight we know it's all natural abilities. And we know the BETTER man won. That's all. I don't see what's the big problem. As fans what right do we have to tell boxers whether they can know if the fighter their fighting is clean or not? This sport is too dangerous for that kinda uncertainty. I have my reasons why I think Pac fans don't want him to take the test. But I don't wanna start no trouble up in here.

It's funny that Floyd pulled this steroid excuse now. He said, he did it for boxing because he doesn't like to see guys beaten up senseless and its all due to one guy having an advantage like that. Meaning, the guy with steroid use, pummeling the other guy to possible brain injury.

Imagine, Floyd comes off a fight with a guy who belongs at 126? 130? ok even 135? and Floyd does NOT commit to the contract to come in at a certain weight. So who has the advantage to pummel whose brains out?

So lets get real. This is NOT about cleaning up boxing!

The point is Floyd should have just fought Pac last March 13 with or without the USADA thing. Manny has not been proven/ admitted taking PEDS since, unlike Shane, so what is the worries all about?

PEDS issue should have been settled as a different matter after the supposed to be fight by the proper governing bodies.

Did anyone find it interesting that Floyd said that Shane gets tired?

Manny's trainer has a steroid history.

Well, I don't know if true but looks like Floyd's dad is an ex convicted illegal drug peddler (not user though). Sorry to mention here but some people say that late Valero was a heavy drug user and his record is 27-0 with 27 ko/tko.
So is it just right to speculate that illegal drugs can make a fighter 40-0?

Probably since Floyd cannot seperate trash talking with respect to those who EARNED it (example- SRR, Ali comments...the list goes on) Yes, its true most champions of any sport have some sort of ego, but a true champ knows when to show it.

If more boxers acted like the diva Floyd is, boxing would have a lot less fans.

Wow your telling me that Floyd "saved" boxing by coming back and beating a lightweight Marquez? Yea hes a real peoples hero. Boxing was not getting swallowed by UFC, and its still at the same point it was when Floyd "retired". The only difference is that during his retirement, instead of have PAC and MAy keeping the sport up, its was PAC doing it all by himself
